Staying at this hotel was a great experience. Its location is excellent, as it is close to the railway station and a mall that's just a short distance away. The hotel facilities such as the cleanliness and parking are top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast was great, and the staff was hospitable and responsive.

Great location near tourist attractions and transportation. Rooms are spacious and equipped with modern amenities. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day. We appreciated being able to stay a little later for a small fee.
Housekeeping could be improved as we had to ask for soap, towels, and cups. The room for drivers was not very clean.

The hotel's location is convenient. It's close to both the airport and the railway station, making it easy to access. the hotel provides a free shuttle service for guests. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms are well-appointed. The breakfast selection is extensive and the service is attentive. some rooms offer stunning views of the surrounding area.
Some aspects of the hotel could use improvement, as a few guests have cited issues with the quality of the food and the attitude of some staff members.

Spent my Christmas away from home and had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with a smile. Loved that they had a great selection of breakfast items to choose from and the location was perfect - close to everything I needed. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.
The Wi-Fi wasn't included, which was a bit disappointing. , the view from my room wasn't exactly spectacular, but since I was out most of the time it didn't matter too much.
